Rolling application means, unlike in Canada, its pretty much first come first serve. The sooner you get your application in the sooner you will get your notification for an interview and of your acceptance. Whereas in Canada they wait until all the applications have been recieved by the deadline and then send out interviews, etc.
If you want to get in in the first batch, get your application in now or as soon as possible!!
