I'm ready to submit my AMCAS. One problem: I don't know my MCAT scores yet. I know you can add more medical schools after you submit AMCAS, but do you have to fill out the application all over again (is that what they mean by "re-certify")? What about the cost - do you start at the base price of $130 again? That would really suck. 🙁

You do not start at the base price, just the additional $30/school.

just submit, and wait for the scores to be released. They will automatically get sent to all the schools you listed in your AMCAS Primary App

Thanks guys! It's such a relief that it doesn't start at $130 again. 🙂 But what does "re-certify" your application mean? 😳
