I did this during my practice exams but I didn't mean to but in the end I felt it was a blessing.
While timing my practice exams I accidently shorted myself five minutes on the sections. This i felt helped me in the end because during every practice exam I would HAVE to rush to finish them. I got really good at managing time well and on the actual exam i had five extra minutes to check over answers in an in rushed fashion. I suggest to anyone preparing to do this cause come test day you'll be prepared.
Oh yeah and study too that tends to help some.
