Specialty Anesthesiology
Job Description Private group of 25 anesthesiologists located in Tacoma, WA, just 30 miles south of Seattle on the shores of the Puget Sound, is searching for board certified or board eligible anesthesiologists for new staff positions. These new positions were created to support rising surgical volumes and a multi-million dollar physical plant expansion program which will add new state of the art OR's, heart rooms, a PACU, and an ambulatory health care facility.
Group philosophy stresses equality, including call rotation, caseload, vacations, extra time off and income. As a partner, there is also great flexibility in number of weeks of vacation taken each year. All new hires are considered future partners. Partnership is a two-year track with compensation at 80% 1st year, 90% 2nd year, then full partnership at 100%. Compensation is very generous.
