Just joined this site and I wanted to thank you all for having this forum. I am a graduate student going through a career transition. I decided to leave my PhD program in microbiology to pursue a career in public health. I finally got the guts to tell my PI and make a plan to write a thesis and graduate in the spring. i am applying to MPH programs for fall'05
I was wondering if anybody here was going through the same thing?and also any advice I could get about how to approach the issue of leaving the PhD program in my personal statement would be great.
