Just stopping by from the radonc board. I'm a new graduate, and I'm going to be taking over a private practice. Urologists are certainly a big source of referrals for us, so thought I'd ask you future uros or current attendings: what do you want to hear from me when I'm trying to get those referrals? 🙂
