i'm new here and i just wanted to say hello to all of you guys. i'm a second year in college and hoping to get into dental school. hope this forum would be helpful for me. thanks for looking! 🙂 👍

Welcome aboard! I actually didn't find out about this site until I was already accepted but it's been a fun place. You'll soon become addicted and feel like you kind of know people here (almost like they're real) and you may dream about sdn occasionally - and when that happens, you'll feel like a big loser and think to yourself, man! I used to have real friends and I knew what they looked like! If you have a significant other, they will start getting jealous and wondering if you have some on-line lover. Your roommates will make fun of you by quoting Napoleon Dynamite saying "don't be jealous of me, just because I spent all afternoon chatting with hot babes online" in their best Kip voice every time they walk by. I guess what I'm saying is leave. Forget you ever heard of this place, before it's too late!!!

Yes, welcome to SDN! 👍 I hope you'll become a regular around here. Feel free to post any questions or concerns about the application process and so on in this forum. But I do have to warn you, SDN does carry a small risk of becoming habit forming as USUaggie has illustrated.

SDN was one of the smartest things i did -- you really learn about the app process, which schools are best for you, and you can get lots of questions answered here. It is good that you found it before you started applying!
