High Pass (HP) in Radiology elective

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
I'm sure you will be fine as long as the rest of your application is solid.

Our radiology director once told us that he places more stock in an applicant's grades and letters of recommendation from other rotations because he knows that radiology applicants will always be on their best behavior during the radiology rotation.

Evaluating performance in other rotations was the director's way of evaluating what kind of work ethic/dedication/etc... this student could provide to his program.

ditto above post.

I did not have a rads advisor, nor did I get any rads letters. On the other hand we were told that we would get honors on our rotation (save, majorly fing up) and perhaps other schools know this about our rads dept.

Either way, it didn't seem to chnage a thing for good or bad.
