High Point University Workman School of Dental Medicine Class of 2029 Interview/Acceptance Thread

Does anyone know how I can check my status? I saw that I was waitlisted in like November but I can't see it anywhere anymore. I clicked on the "Check Status" link and it's just directing me to my application site and not showing my status
 
Is the groupchat just for accepted, or accepted and attending forsure? And anybody that interviewed the last day hear anything?
 
Did anyone else meet their admission at the Maryland Adea Fair?? I feel like she was mean but everyone else there was super nice
 
Hi! Has anyone heard of anything so far? How many people are currently in the accepted group chat. Would appreciate to know.
 
The class is not full. They emailed me last week saying they have not even made decisions yet for those who interviewed in january and february. I dont know why someone in here would be saying the class is full when they do not know that for certain.

They wouldnt be able to tell someone if the class is full or not. They said they are still making decisions though. The class cant possibly be full if they havent made decisions on 2 full interview days.
 
The D1's were told the class is full. People are still being taken off and being put on Active reserve, but it doesn't change the fact that the class is at 60. They sent out active reserve rejections on april 1

Yes you are correct! I have heard from several sources that the class is full too. Likely the school was interviewing in January and February for primarily active reserve spots.
 
The lack of response this late in the spring and cryptic nature their admissions process is very concerning and represents a high level dysfunction and low level of both competence and professionalism. Everyone should beware of High Point University Workman "School of Dental Medicine".
 
Does anyone know, more or less, how many rejections were sent last month ? And how many ppl are still waiting
Has anyone asked to be taken off active reserve?

That’s most every dental school unfortunately
 
Has anyone had an interview invite for this cycle? I applied early May and it still only shows documents received but no timeline of being under review.
