High School Experiences and Awards/Honours

Hi everyone, are we allowed to put those on our OptomCAS application?

Not that I don't have any awards or experiences in university, it is just that I want to put more so the admission committee would know even more about my involvement.

Any feedback would be appreciated!

I was told not to include high school clubs and high school volunteering in my application unless it was extremely relevant by my pre-health advisor and was also told this during a pre-optometry program. However, I would contact the specific schools you are applying to and see what they think about the matter!

To whoever is reading this post!

I have emailed PUCO and they have replied saying: "If the high school experience relates to something you then also did in university then you can add it to your OptomCAS application. I would not include high school activities/experiences that you did not continue after high school."
