High yield sections of DIT

I was wondering if anyone knows which sections are more high yield to use. I really disliked the micro section and psych section. Also alot of the pathology (i.e. foundations section) of DIT can be substituted by pathoma which gives a much better explanation.

DIT itself could be substituted with a 3-year old for all I care.

My 0.02
