I have 2 full time positions.. will someone please apply..

Okay. I can start in June, 2007. ...but I'll be needing my sign-on bonus tomorrow.

Willing to take some canucks with a B.Sc.Phm (which is based on your PharmD program) that are licensed in the US?
Pay? Benefits? Fringe Benefits? Gotta compensate for the lack of donuts (free ones especially).

TWO positions!

Either you are geographically challenged, expanding with illusions of grandeur, your pay is below par, or the place is a revolving door.

How long has your most senior pharmacist been at the joint? How stable is the present crew? Is there a new manager at the helm who is running folks off? Has the place been the victim of a merger or is one looming? Is your place financially troubled?

Seriously, best of luck filling your spots. For the new grads it is a target rich environment and these are valid questions a candidate should have in the back of their mind. Multiple positions open should raise a red flag. As nice it is, a sign on bonus with a contract should also.

Remember folks, the swish positions never get in the newspapers, or if they do they are not there for very long. The staff is stable and the pay is competitive. At my current position the senior pharmacist has been there for thirty years and there are several twenty year people. My place also has several positions open because the pay is at the lower end of the scale and it is expanding operations in a big way. The very best positions are traded by word of mouth and handed down father to son/daughter.

Caveat emptor!

I need two pharmacist too. Mine is much easier than Zpacksucks and pays much more too !!! 😍

Not quite..

One left because a new hospital opened 6 minutes from her house. She was driving 30 miles one way.

Evening guy quit because he didn't want to work the evening anymore. He got a job at VA no evenings no weekends. Every hospital in my area has vacancies and there are gazillion hospitals in my area.

I'm not advertising the positions. I hired one pharmacist already and didn't need to advertise.
