In 1920, my grandfather graduated from this school which appears from Google to have been in Kansas City, although there was also a branch in Illinois? In any case, does anyone know what was the fate of that school, or, more to the point, if any remnant exists that would have a database I could search for more info.

Feel free to PM me if anyone knows anything about this school or its history.

It has merged with some other schools (Northern Illinois College of Optometry) over the decades and has evolved into Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago. There are some old class pictures and yearbooks at the school's Carl V. Shepard library if you're really interested in the history of the school

Thanks. I suspected there was still some remnant around. Not sure if I can go to that much trouble to search out the 1920 yearbook...but good to know it exists.
