Downside of nursing home optometry?

Was thinking that nursing home Opto might be the way to go, but maybe there some giant downside I don't see like too little work and+25 pts a day plus an 2 hours of driving in a day. That flexible schedule + high daily rate looks pretty sweet though.

P.S.
I understand it's often 1099 but with a higher pay rate and the option for more flexibility I assume it evens out?
