I'm just curious about using your ipad while you are on clinic and taking the HandP on your patient...are you allowed to just use your ipad instead of paper? Afterall, you don't file any paper copy anymore correct since everything is digital...
My point being, can you just have a template H and P form on your ipad and just use that compared to writing or heck even use a cool app such as the following: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/clinicals-medical-history/id595026337?mt=8
Just feels so much more convenient thats all, but not sure how its perceived thats all
