Hello everybody. One of my hobbies is producing music and audio editing. I am planning on listing this in a hobby section in my W&A section, alongside other things. Would it be inappropriate to link my SoundCloud in the hobby description? None of the music is explicit, but I wasn't sure if it'd be appropriate to do so.

Following. I got into producing music recently as a hobby as well, although I don't have a Soundcloud or etc, and was wondering if this appropriate to list as a hobby when I apply.

I don’t think it would be relevant, nobody will click the link and spend the time listening to the music. It would be more helpful to state your stats/quantitative stuff like did it for x years produced y pieces and have z followers. This is what I learned from the experience

if none of the music the explicit or in poor taste (not PC) then I would imagine that it's ok, but doubt anyone will click on it

I was a professional musician and have recorded on multiple albums. I did not include any links and was asked a lot about playing music and what I played, etc. Don’t include the link. People have different tastes in music and will be impressed enough with the hobby by itself.

Listing it as a hobby is fine, but instead of a link, include a brief description of what you'd want adcomms to notice if they had been willing to follow a link.
