Home health aid experience

Does anybody know if a job as home health aid (HHA) can be consider as a clinical experience?
I have been volunteering in the hospital, but need something for money as well.
HHAs take care of patients /help nurses at patient?s home or hospice (not in the hospital facilities - this is my concern).

i don't see why it wouldn't be good clinical experience! i shadowed doctors in england for a while, and got to go to peoples' homes with a home health visitor. it was really ineresting! you should have seen some of the bed sores, though. yuck!
