I know that there is another thread about the BofA loan officer, but apparently he can only work with above 700 credit scores.
So my 650 credit score butt kept on looking around and ran into PhysicianLoans.com. Do any of you have any thoughts on this one? It looks like they charge $350 for an application to start with...
