Homesteady option with Navy HPSP?

I read this somewhere, but want to ask ya'll to find out whether or not it is true.

Typically, we pay back 4 years to the Navy (assuming no additional years accumulate during residency). Does the navy have a homesteady option, whereby we pay back 7 years (instead of 4), and in return are guaranteed that we won't have to move/relocate.

Not that I'm aware of, there are however many doctors who are stationed at the same place for many, many years w/out moving. Seems to be more commonplace for physicians than the normal navy people.
 
homesteading is usually done by senior medical people that are about to retire, and thus no reason for them to PCS somewhere new....not an option for junior medical people. pretty much count on being in some sort of operational environment at some point in your career...
