VCOM as well as most schools is H, HP, P or F for 3rd and 4th year.. To get honors.. hmmm. well that will be up to yoru preceptors. They are the ones that evaluate us. So if you work your butt off during the rotation, show that you can learn and want to learn, take their critique and learn from it and work on improving, etc.. then you can earn honors. I have run across some preceptors that are hard graders. I earned HP on my very first 3rd year rotation because he told me that he never ever grades a new 3rd year high because they are just starting out and dont know anything, which didnt seem fair to me, but you take what you get. All my other evaluations i dont have any complaints.
