hello

i'm applying to radiology but would like to do surgery as prelim. I have an interview with hopkins general surgery, which i would rank as #1. is there anyone on here who attends hopkins and can give me some information about the program? you can pm me.

why would you want to do that? as an undesignated prelim you'll be treated like crap and won't learn anything.

'Tis true. I recommend looking for a medicine prelim spot instead. That is unless you're a glutton for punishment, then by all means a surgical prelim year is your calling.
