I have just heard that some hospitals are requiring at least 12-15 implantation cases and a neurosurgeon "approval" to handle your complications before they will credential you to do implants. How is it in your neck of woods? How can these guys who did not do a fellowship themselves nor have a ton of experience themselves dictate these rules? Any ideas how to fight them?
