I am seeing so many articles about this. They can’t just keeping going they way there are going right?

Nah, is just finance smoke screen. See links below. If they were losing money hand over fist, then they wouldnt be pushing for a 2B expansion into new buildings.

 
Little bit of both. Covid costs the hospitals a lot bc even though they were busy, the stays were long, and the DRG didnt pay much.

That being said, hospitals can operate at a loss for a while. And its true that they put up a new tower every other week

If u read the article most of the loss was attributed to a non operating investment loss….
