Hours for an advanced degree in W/A section?

One of my activities is an advanced degree I earned, as I want to talk more specifically about the personal growth the experience helped me to achieve. Would it be okay to list "0" hours for this activity, or should I attempt to estimate how many thousand hours I spent in and out of the classroom while earning it? A friend suggested I use the number of credit hours required, but I am unsure if that would be clear. As always, thank you for helping a stressed out old pre med!

A zero would be fine, as presumably the coursework (and credit hours) you took will already be apparent on your transcript.
