If you are going to be able to make up the hours, honestly I wouldn't worry about it.

There are people who are legitimately lying on hours, you just screwed up an estimate because you weren't feeling well. It's understandable. In my mind the two things are not the same thing.

That's a good thing. It's good that you're trying to be honest. This is not an issue though.
