My boyfriend's parents are renting their single-family home in Richmond Heights, Ohio (East-side suburb of Cleveland, near University Hospitals, Cleveland Clinic, Case Western Reserve University). It was built in 2005, has 2650 sq.ft., 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a sunroom and deck, and 2 car garage. All appliances, washing machine, and dryer are included, and lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal are maintained by the homeowners' association.
