Housing in DC for GWU med student '10

Will be relocating to DC for GWU med this fall. Hoping to find a 4th year who wants to pass on their apartment to a 1st year. Looking around GW (Foggy Bottom, Georgetown, Dupont Circle) but also looking towards northern VA (Rosslyn, Arlington, Crystal City). Obviously on a student budget, but don't want to live in a *hole and get depressed when coming home. Looking for nice a 1- or 2-BR for ~$1000-1500. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
