Housing on IAUPR

Hi, for those of you who have been accepted or are currently attending university of puerto I would like to get some info about housing. Are any of you planning to stay on campus (if they open the new building by august) or a near by apartment. I would like to know a bit more about price range, if apartments look clean and in good condition as well as the area, especially in bayamon becasue thats where the new school is located. Any info would be appreciated since some of us have no idea...Thanks.
