I'm only shooting to pass the Step II exam. Unfortunately I literally took an NBME the day before my exam and I'm points away from passing and I'm not sure if I should just go ahead with taking it. For the record I took the NBME 6 I think.
It honestly varies. Some don't pass any nbmes and end up passing the real deal. Some pass nbmes and still do poorly on ck. But I think to be safe and feel confident; you should try to pass atleast 1 nbme before ck.
Try taking the UWSA?
It's your call. It's kind of a gamble i think...
Depends. I think its generally more accurate for those with 240. Search my post.
I had 200 on NBME 4 2 days before the real deal, ended up with 230, a couple of us with failing scores on NBME got >230. I would say ur uworld percentages are predictive. I was bang on for Uworldaverage X2.3 +84 formula.
