How address LOA for ERAS and Interviews

I've referenced it in my personal statement briefly but how should I address a leave of absence (LOA) on ERAS? It was for health reasons and I came and joined the class below me. I've done decent on Step 1 and Step 2 and will be applying both IM and OB/GYN. I don't know how far in detail I would have to go, considering my health issue affected a few grades.
