Yeah I get that but it's kinda hard to ask for advice without just being told "do well." I know that. But it was more-so catered around how are my EC's at this point. And due to my kinda low GPA what's the threshold I really need hit to get a chance to apply to mid-tier schools. Kinda like "WAMC with different scores" like I had in the OP.

ECs are fine, do well on the MCAT. Not really much more that can be said. Your chart looks reasonable.

I know top/mid schools and big names care about EC's a lot and since my GPA isn't that stellar do you think my EC's are rather cookie-cutter?

I mean you aren't a Rhodes Scholar and you're not an olympian but you have a good variety of ECs. A 520 MCAT will make your low GPA shrink in the eyes of top schools. Or at least some.
