cGPA: 3.9 and sGPA should be around a 3.8, AA female going into my junior year

EC's: big brothers and big sisters mentor ~200 hours, mentor for another program ~50 hrs, volunteer at soup kitchen and WARM shelter ~40 hrs, clinical rotation intern ~100 hrs, collegiate athlete (takes up most of my time) academic all American nominee, will start research internship this summer and continue working in the lab throughout undergrad.

I'm also a part of the prehealth society at my school and am a comentor for pre-med freshman and a member of the African society at my school.

Is there anything I should work on in terms of extra curricular and making myself stand out?

Loving the sarcasm, but this was a legitimate post...

I think you're doing fine. If you do not have any clinical volunteering, you will not get accepted to any school. Maybe invest some time into that?
The clinical internship was a volunteer/ shadowing experience but I'm definitely going to get more clinical volunteering in.

There are some people who start actually clinically volunteering the summer before they enter college, until they graduate. I suggest obtaining a position as a volunteer at the hospital, and do that for how ever long you can.

Yeah just looking at patients in a clinical internship is not clinical experience. It's shadowing. At this point as a junior, you technically have 0 hours of actual patient interaction.

I spent most of my time in the NICU caring for the newborns. I guess this was my only patient interaction.
