How are my chances?

I have a part time job at school, am involved in extracurriculars/community service, have ~100 shadowing hours, good rec letters, and am a white female first generation college student

Good scores except the PAT and QR are worrisome, luckily you have a good GPA. If you started your AADSAS applications, I would recommend applying at this point since you got nothing to lose.
