It seems that the intestine releases chylomicrons into the blood stream and these are converted into TGL from the fatty acids in the chylomicron in adipose tissue and the glyerol goes to the liver to be converted into TGL and then released as VLDL. When a lipid panel is done and TGL are measured, Im confused as to where are free TGL in the blood stream?
