how are your didactics?

I'm on the committee to revamp our didactics program, and so I was wondering, what's didactics like at other places? Is there anything about the didactics at your program that you absolutely love? The only thing I remember that stood out from all my interviews was that Duke did some innovative things, but I don't remember all the details...

One entire day a week at my program is spent on lectures & classes. I love this and it gives a good break day from clinical work. You only have to do 2 hrs of work that day & lectures are protected.
