It seems like in SDN, many people ace their pre-reqs except like couple of classes in which they have special situations and get C's.

But for me, I have overall GPA of like 3.45, but in all of my pre-req classes, the grades have been A-, B+, B, or B-. I do not have any C's which is good, but I do not have any A's either. I have majority of B's, and couple of rest. Is anybody in here who already got into dental school had similar situation?

Nope, everyone that got in this year were straight A students.

Just kidding. Don't sweat it...people get in with C's, myself included.

The way I underestand is, Dental schools mostly look at 2 GPAs (Overall and Science), there are other once, but these 2 are the once they look upon the most.

If your Overall is 3.4 and your science is near 3.3-3.5 you should be in good shape, just do well on the DAT and you'll be fine (my opinion of course)

Your composite GPA is a boatload higher than mine. I tanked my undergrad GPA for the first three years, but had a 4.0 distinguished in my 300+ level bio classes in my last year of undergrad, a 3.6+ in my business post-graduate coursework, and a 3.8+ in 300 and 400 level post grad bio courses. Given the discrepency in scores, interviewers hammered me on my inconsistency, and why I was absent for 3 first year final exams. You won't have this problem, and your scores put you in the safe range. If you're still holding back from giving an honest, all out effort, the DAT is the time to "go all in." Given that, you're in better shape than I was in, and the application cycle ended favorably for me. I think you'll be fine.
