I forgot to assign my letters of recommendation to AMCAS, but I submitted my secondaries in late July, early August. How bad does this impact my chances of receiving an interview invite?

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I am under the impression that a lot of schools just won't mark your application as "complete" or "under review" after you send in their secondary, until they receive the required LORs. I think that if you assign those quickly through AMCAS they shouldn't take too long to deliver and thus your application shouldn't be delayed too much.

It’s bad in the sense that you’re in the September pile now instead of the July pile for review. But all you can do is your best. Submit them and move on.
