How can I build a strong application for dental school besides my gpa and dat score?

Once your GPA and DAT scores meet a certain threshold, it all comes down to everything else in your application: activities, letters of recommendation, personal statement, etc. You will have to do some activities that can clearly demonstrate your interest in dentistry, but the important part is that you can explain what you got out of them - when it comes to activities, aim for quality, not quantity.
