how can I improve ECs?

So far my ECs are:

about 100 hours volunteer in ER room (some shadowing done)

40 hours working for a rehabilitation center

40 hours working in alzheimers center

4 months research

part of honors society 1 year at community college before I transfer

1 year in cancer advocate club

currently working for a nonprofit center that collects food and clothes for homeless and distributes

Currently searching for more shadowing.. it has been a bit difficult in my area, but have one dr schedule starting next month

I also worked part time my entire college career ( 5 years for an optometry office and 2 years at college bookstore)

Any advice??

Add more hours with what you're doing and look for a leadership role. Teaching in any way is also helpful.
