I will be taking the MCATs at the end of this month, and I have an old EK 101 Verbal passages, one which comes with exams that have 60 questions and allows 85 mins to complete.

I had a 2010 TPR verbal book in which I finished, but I can't get anything higher than a 9, and I've been averaging around an 8 for the score.

If I do the 85 mins EK 101 verbal, would it throw me off the actual experience that I have learned from doing the PR verbal since now a days verbal has only 40 questions and allots only 60 mins.

I'm just worried that it'll hurt me more than benefit me because the exam is only 2.5 weeks away.

If you have more time I would say to split up the passages. At this point you should be concentrating on FLs.

Where can I get full length exams?

I took a TPR course a year ago but unfortunately I didn't do great on my MCATs and my online stuff expired.

I know you can get a free one from AAMC, but I wasn't sure where else I can get free ones that would actually be beneficial.

You're gonna have to purchase them from e-mcats if you want the AAMC FLs. Can't get improvements unless you put in the time, money and effort.

Before buying those AAMC FLs, don't buy the ones you already took. They won't be too helpful. If you need more FLs, go with BR next.

As to EK 101, you should take a few passages per day on non-FL days. Don't take any on break days either. I'd arrange things similar to what's in my schedule.
