How common/convenient it is to have pictures in a rec letter?

For example, if the recommender mentions in the letter that the applicant made an important donation to hospitals and includes a picture of the applicant giving the donation to hospital staff... Is that seen often? Would that be a convenient addendum to a rec letter or could it be frowned upon?
