How comparative are practice test scores with Real MCAT?

Attn. All MCAT test-takers:

For those of you who had prepped using Kaplan full lengths and AAMC CBT tests, how did your practice scores compare with your actual score on the MCAT? I have been scoring 31-34 on KFL, but considerably lower on AAMC (29-30). I was wondering which test was more representative of the score you got on test day or if they were even representative at all. Thanks in advance!
