How competitive am I? And should I do aways?

trying to go to internal medicine in southern california (im a so cal resident but in med skl in the east coast right now)
My current med school is a 2nd tier

1/2 yr grades: satisfactory
3rd yr grades:
medicine-high sat
surgery-high sat
family-high sat
ob gyn-sat (
psych-sat (
peds-sat (

step 1: 240
step 2: not yet taken
no research
some volunteer work at local clinics

freaking out because my application sucks besides my step 1.
what chances do i have at schools like cedars sinai, uc irvine, usc, uc davis, georgetown?
