How competitive are the Chicago Programs?

I have a friend who wants to do OB/GYN in Chicago, and doesn't care which program it is, community or not (and there appear to be a good number of community programs). Anyone have any opinion on this? Thanks!

They can be quite competitive merely because they have such low numbers per class.
