I have a couple classes I took in highschool as CE. Those classes and grades appear on my transcript for my primary college,( the only college Ive actually physically attended) but they are from another school, Do I need submit a transcript from that school even though they appear on my primary school transcript?

If you called that other school up and asked for a transcript would they be able to give you one? If so, you should submit a transcript from that school despite the fact that you did not actually go there to take those classes.
I have high school classes that I got university credit for, but I did not attend that university. I took them through my high school. I still have records and a transcript at this school so yes, I am submitting that and putting those classes down.

Get a transcript from the other school and enter the course titles and grades exactly as they appear there. Also, have the registrar send a copy of this transcript to AADSAS. You need transcripts from EVERY school you attended.
The only time you don't have to send a transcript is for AP classes. For those, you just include them as they appear on the transcript for your primary college.
