I have professors who tole me that they will write me LORs last year, but I sent them emails on Monday, and they haven't responded to me yet. Do you think it's appropriate to visit their office like tomorrow or Friday? I don't want to wait until next week.

if you are planning to apply this year, i think you should have asked sooner. expecting these busy people to get back to you within two days is sometimes asking a lot.

that said, try crashing their office hours.

I would definitely go to office hours if they aren't responding to your emails. At the very least it shows that you are being proactive and not just sitting back waiting for them to respond.

I agree with...

But, I cannot stress the importance of THIS...

+1. Also, once you ask, don't expect to have the letters completed immediately. Give them a reasonable deadline (say, second week of May or thereabouts) so as to not appear too pushy.

I would bring transcripts, personal statement, and a CV/resume well, especially since it has been a year since you asked for the LORs.
