How do I attach a JPG into PDF?

Western supplemental application is PDF file that says
"please attach a recent JPG(3.32MB) photo of yourself (optional)"

I have my photo but I don't know how to paste it in PDF file.
help~ 🙂

I don't think you can paste it.

This is from the application checklist though:

"PHOTO (Optional)
Place on application a recent wallet-size 2x2 professional-looking photo of yourself."

So I think if you do choose to include a picture, print it out and glue it on is what it's saying.
