How do I change my attended schools on AMCAS?

Hi everyone! Before you all say that I shouldn't be going into medicine because of my stupid mistake, hear me out.
I submitted my application earlier last month, and I was just going over it randomly and noticed my collegiate institution is incorrect what do I do?
Also, I am doing the committee letter from my school, will that affect anything?
