How do I change my avatar?

I know this is the least of everyone's worries, but I would really appreciate it if someone could tell me how I can change it....the unattractive female as my avatar is starting to bug me!

go to USER CP -> EDIT OPTIONS -> scroll down to CHANGE AVATAR

Just go to your User CP ---> Edit Options ---> Change Avatar. Simple as that. and no you can't use mine even thou it totally kicks ass.

Edit: damn it, edfig99 is much faster than me, but yes, "Good luck" indeed.
