How do I choose an SMP? Where do I even begin looking?

I've decided that the best course of action for me is to either do a post-bacc or an SMP. But I dont really know how to even find any, let alone choose one. Thanks for any advice!

My understanding is that a post bacc is really only intended for people who haven't taken prereqs yet. Taking undergrad courses also used to help with grade replacement, but that no longer exists. SMPs are intended for those who either need to show strong academic improvement, or for those who have been out of school for years and need to show strong recent grades.
